I am really upset right now. I am trying to remember that we are in God's hands and that is all that matters. But sometimes it is hard, especially during the hard times, which is often one of the most important times to remember that.
I accidentally took my aunt's garage key home to Yakima with me (she lives in Spokane), I accidentally didn't mail someone's etsy order, I think I (or Jack) lost another Etsy order, Jack has been crying most of the night and all morning, he seems cold and I'm doing everything I can to warm him up. Mark stubbed his toe and split the toenail in half, stubbed it again and broke a toe, he was an hour late for work and now can't get the equipment he needs to do his job, got a $216 ticket on the way to work. I have no idea how we are going to pay the ticket and be able to pay rent and all the bills etc. for the rest of the year. I guess that is where faith comes in. Money is one of the hardest areas for me to have faith. Especially $200 worth.
But we did have a good time in Spokane and I hope to get those pictures loaded soon. For now, I will try to think of happy times.

Sorry!
I know it's been a long time...but...well I don't REALLY have an excuse. Here is an update on the things that Jack is doing now though:
Jack recently got his license!
Just kidding!
Jack has been sleeping through the night pretty well, praise God! He goes to bed around 8:30 or 9, which I still think is a little late. He wakes up about 5:30 every morning wanting to be nursed then goes back to sleep until about 8. Then we get up and play around for a bit. Then he eats 2 jars of baby food (or a waffle, or toast or oatmeal or whatever we have) and some num nums (like cereal or puffs). Jack only eats organic and dairy free foods. Here is a picture of Jack at breakfast today: (and yes, he is still and jammies and yes, they are Christmas-y)
(And no, I don't know why his nose is always so orange. He is teething something fierce right now which is making his nose run like crazy and gives him a cough all the time!! GRRR!)
Then we do a diaper change and maybe play a bit more, then it is time for a nap! Jack sleeps at least an hour, but sometimes more (like yesterday, he slept 2.5 hours!). Then we get up and play (and by play I mean wander around the house sticking things in his mouth or banging them on a hard surface). Then we eat lunch which is usually a big jar of baby food or two little ones and some num nums and share some veggie chips with mom. Then time for another diaper change (it seems that one of Jack's favorite things to do is make dirty diapers. Always has been!) and off to another nap.
Then we play and daddy comes home and we either go to Grandpa Stuart and Gigi's house or Grandma and Papa's house and play our little hearts out. We eat a snack and dinner sometime in there (also some ba-ba) and every other day get a bath. Then we get some more ba-ba before bed and head home and go night night and do it all over!
I am down to nursing Jack only 3 times a day! Once in the morning, once in the midday and once before bed! I am really happy with that and can't wait to wean him at a year.
Jack can recognize a few words like ba-ba (!), num num, no (although, he doesn't always obey it), mama, daddy, bye bye, hi, kiss, more and yay Jack. When you say bye bye or hi he waves (sometimes!):
When you say yay Jack he claps (he really was clapping here!):
When you ask for a kiss, he gives you a kiss (sometimes! Or maybe a bite! ouch!):
Jack can say ba-ba (a lot!), kind of says bye bye (but it sounds very similar to ba-ba). He knows the sign for more, but often gets confused and just claps. And when you yawn he opens his mouth and takes a deep breath. It is quite funny! He cruises around really well and could walk if he wanted to, but doesn't quite have the confidence to try. But he can walk around with mommy or daddy just holding on to ONE FINGER!
And to finish this post, here is a picture of me and Jack from yesterday. I look ridiculous but Jack was being cute!
